The final ISSW 2018 program is online!

In addition to some general information you will find the detailed schedule of all presentations (posters and orals) . The program includes new information on Side Program, Field Trips and Training Courses. Take the opportunity and find your favourite part of our program!


Fees & Deadlines

You still have the opportunity to register online  until October 4, 2018. After this date only on site registration is possible. In addition to full week tickets, half-week  and day tickets are available.

Program overview

The first part of the conference in particular addresses professionals from ski resorts, infrastructure operators and engineering practise. The second half focuses on avalanche forecasting and warning, guiding, as well as search and rescue.

Collecting Plurality | The #EYEssw Picture Award

We would like to remind you to participate in the EYEssw picture Award.
Supported by Wyssen Avalanche Control you have the chance to win 500 € & other attractive prices for your outstanding picture:
Picturesque moment from your daily work thats fits to the ISSW general topics including a short sentence about the picture (where or what is exciting about it etc.).
You can submit pictures either:

Deadline is September 30,  2018. The pictures will be evaluated by a jury and the best ones will be printed and presented at the ISSW-Fernie Night on 12th October 2018.
