Fees and Deadlines
Registration can be done online until October 4, 2018. After this date only on-site registration is possible.
The deadline for early registrations is June 18, 2018.
All presenting authors are able to register via the abstract submission tool until July 13, 2018!

Registration
Registration cancellations will only be processed upon receipt of written notification to PCO Tyrol Congress, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
For cancellations received by September 07, 2018 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of € 50.- For cancellations received after September 07, 2018 50% of the registration fee will be charged. After October 1, 2018 no refunds will be made (100% cancellation fee).
However, participants are free to nominate another person to replace him/her in the Conference. Please note that - for organisational reasons - all refunds will be processed after the meeting.
Prices are per room per stay incl. breakfast, service charges and all taxes unless indicated otherwise.
Please note that your credit card will not be charged in advance for the hotel payment. It only serves to guarantee your reservation. All payments have to be made directly to the hotel.
The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that, in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked.
For cancellations, reductions in the number of nights booked or no shows after August 31, 2018 we retain the right to debit cancellations fees to your credit card or to pass on your credit card details to the hotel (minimum cancellation fee is 1 night and may be up to 100%, depending on the cancellation date).
Bookings made after the official booking deadline, August 31, 2018 are binding from the time of booking and will be charged 100% in case of cancellation, reduction in the number of nights booked or no-show.
PCO Tyrol Congress retains the right to re-allocate cancelled rooms.
