Orals:

Please make sure to bring your presentation on a USB-stick to the MEDIA CHECK* at the Congress Innsbruck 2 hours prior to the start of your session at the very latest.
Computers are available to preview and upload presentations.

Standard format will be 16:9 and presenters are asked to prepare their slides in English.

Poster format:
Please bring your poster in portrait style (max. format A0, portrait format, 841x1.189mm). Mounting material will be provided on site.
All posters should be displayed during the entire ISSW 2018 and mounted on Monday, October 8, 2018  in the morning. They have to be taken down on Friday, October 12, 2018 by the end of ISSW 2018. An optional ISSW 2018 template and formatting guidelines can be downloaded here.

Poster Printing Service: 
On the occasion of the upcoming ISSW 2018 a poster print service will be available. Price per poster (max. format A0, portrait format, 841x1.189mm) is EUR 50,00 incl. VAT, latest deadline for sending the pdf-file is September 22, 2018. 
Posters shall be collected from the registration desk starting October 7, 2018 during registration opening hours. If you would like to use this service please let us have your poster as a high resolution pdf-file by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) - The organisers decline any responsibility for quality issues if the document is not sent with the correct resolution. 
Please note that it will be your responsibility to mount your poster on the assigned board (remember your poster number).
